Can anybody share their experiences of a CBI interview with the OPC?

I’ve done an MMI before and I’m just wanting to know the differences, are there set questions etc? Am I best just going in with a few experiences to hand and using the STAR technique?

They're the same thing aren't they? CBI being the MMI in old money?
