Chiltern use station toilet mirror for "revenue protection"

The title says it all really. Personally I'd be totally mortified if my customer toilets had something like this on the mirror:

The words printed onto the mirror are "Are you looking at a fare dodger?" o_O o_O o_O o_O o_O


Compare the extreme negative tone of Chiltern's customer communication with this poster found at Avanti West Coast stations:

Fare for everyone

The underlying message is, of course, exactly the same in both cases.

Avanti doesn't run a Penalty Fares scheme, do they? So it would be legitimate to buy on board even if you're supposed to buy before you travel.
