323121 at Ilford hasn't moved since August 2022. However don't take it for granted its this one. Until any further information actually confirmed comes to alight. However very interesting one to find out it's actual number.
Of who may have purchased a vehicle.
Or was it scrap bound.
What do you mean?

What do you mean?
Which vehicle from a class 321 unit has either gone for scrap or going to preservation maybe?
However 321321 has been at Ilford since August 2022 and hasn't moved. Unsure if 321321 is leaving Ilford coach by coach for scrap. However the identity of the ops.
Sighting on the low loader remains a mystery.

Passed a 321 DTC on the A1(M) yesterday evening, near Stilton.
It was heading north, blunt end leading. I was heading south on the opposite carriageway so didn't catch the number but it was a 'classic', in all white.
Was surprised to see a road move of single vehicle, since they've got so adapt at loco hauling them.
Anyone know what that one was up to?
Sounds like it could possibly be 78154 from 321434 which has left Yarmouth for a filming contract.

Is that the first admission that there is no future for the Renatus units?
Also just, wondering about 321321, since it's long period at Ilford since August 2022, according to a Facebook 321 page, awaiting parts, back around February this year, depending on how hard they are to get?.
Also 321306 was awaiting transformer Also since Summer last year, ie 321306 still at Wolverton. However we do have 28 still recently just out of service in very order.
Hopefully they Don't get withdrawn.

They’ve already been withdrawn - I hope they come back (with another operator).

I make it 305/307/308/311/312/314/320/321/326 that are still on GA metals, all withdrawn, at least one is at Ilford. 308/320 set leave Clacton on Friday*
*unless the move is cancelled of course.
Unless these units can be repurposed as bi-modes somehow then their future is looking grim. Though don't forget Great Northern have a tender out for 30 x 4 car units.
Any regular users of GN here? What would you prefer? 34 year old 321s with ironing board 3+2 seating or 379s? Do I actually need to ask?

I think the question was which units are still on the GA network, that is parked up at Clacton etc, not whether they are being used
I have changed the thread name as appropriate.

Do I actually need to ask?
If you do, would you perhaps consider doing so somewhere else and not this thread, because I created it to be notified when a 321 is scrapped, and getting alerts just for people’s opinions on the class will become quickly tedious :D

Was 75% of my post not Class 321-related enough for you? Reported to Mods :D

It was half posted in jest; it certainly isn't my place to tell you not to ask about future ECML traction here, so let's just say it was a personal request or friendly suggestion ;)

Am I right in thinking no actual Renatus' have been scrapped yet?
