Exactly my point. Most of the older Spanish still live in the 1970s and are so stuck-in-the-mud they just will not accept change. That is why the country is still in such a mess. Only a few of the younger ones are changing and it will probably be another generation before they are anywhere near the 21st century. The paper and pen are still firmly in control here.
