Should be 3, today Sunday 09th June 2024, I saw, one pair 730 on Bromsgrove to Birmingham New Street, plus
Two pairs 730s, on Redditch to Four Oaks services, previously Sunday 02 June 2024, was the same, but 323203, replaced the Bromsgrove 730 pair due to a faulty 730.

If anyone has access to systems/information then it would be appreciated if they could post the workings of 730s both in/around Birmingham and also Euston please. PTS is temporarily out of action.

If anyone can confirm what's running 11:16 four oaks to Redditch as couldn't wait for it at Longbridge that would be appreciated

I think the 1116 ex Four Oaks is a new diagram and the 1009 ex Lichfield has been a 730.

It would appear by my maths that there is 5 730 circuits today then

3 between Four oaks and Redditch and the other 2 on the Bromsgrove circuits.

730011 & 018 have been reported seen on 2R27

Appreciate all your guys input with info :D

Thankyou very much @Geeves. Really useful to know what I might be missing in central London and nice to see the 730/0s are filling out the Cross City line (and other West Midlands) at last.

Agreed. Thanks everyone here for the info. I had a feeling with another 2 323s leaving today (going Wolverton first) that we'd see another 730 diagram added. So 5 out of 11 Cross City diagrams now for 730s and just 4 more (I think) 323s to go to Northern.

After a few months of travelling on 730s between Euston and Stations upto Milton Keynes. They are nice trains. I thought it would be difficult to improve on 350s, but the 730s are a nicer train than the 350/2 variant with their cramped 3 + 2 seating layout.

Would you lose a lot of standing space and overall capacity on the 730/0s if the seats were 45cm instead of 43.5cm? I think the 730/2s are going to have 45cm seats although not 100% sure about that.

A 37 has just gone through Smethwick Galton Bridge hauling at least one 730 set in NW livery. No idea on numbers of either.
