Have been maybe treading on thin ice with -- once again -- Dewick's Complete Atlas: which shows -- noted, like Powfoot Halt, "(workmen" [World War I stuff?]) -- Newbie Junction as about half-way between Powfoot Halt and Annan.
I think it was a Junction, but didn’t have a station

RAILSCOT shows that Newbie Junction had a signal box, but no station. The junction led to two industrial sites on that branch:-
Newbie Brick and Tile Works
Cochran's Boiler Works

To add my 2p'orth - I can't find any map evidence for a station at this site (which is not proof that one didn't exist).

Kildwick and Crosshills (1st station - 1847 to 1869)

Sorry - on rechecking, the two Kildwick and Crosshills stations are in the wrong order. Should have encountered the second one first! Not sure quite what to do about that!!

Update - changed at 22:55 09/02/2020 per posts below

Are we permitted to amend the entries?
