Technically no, as the class 43 power cars can run by themselves on the railway, also, they can be reformed easily unlike a unit ....

Wondered how long it would be before this question popped up.I would say no but I guess we need a decision from higher up.Judging by some of the previous dubious entries that hardly fit the categories I guess we may well see some H.S.T. shots.

Not at all, Tom. It's just like when there was the Network Rail Yellow competition for example, there were only four entries. I just like to see a whole load of nice colourful pictures to choose from.
