Any mainline drivers had any interviews with XC for a driver position? Looking for a bit information on what they generally look for or questions you's encountered with the DTMs?

Thanks.

For the Edinburgh or Manchester vacancy?

Guess it doesn't matter either way.

I'm still listed as short listing form the June vacancy

For the Manchester position the vacancy got filled and I didn't even get a knock back. I've been speaking to a few XC staff who suggest it's very clicky and that they look for ex management or instructor level.

How true it is I don't know, but would have been nice to get a thanks but no thanks

Not true at all. We have had a fair few new guys at my depot in the last few years and none that I know of are anything other than just common or garden drivers. Of course it may not be true of all depots

As I said don't know if there is any truth in it.

Nothing as yet still says shortlisting.

I've heard a few people where in last week for interviews!
