Also, more and more Reigate trains are being rapidly moved to Platforms 12 and 13 (see the issue here?), and I believe all weekend services depart from these two now, maybe even 14 as well.

Was not aware of this, thanks for bringing it to my attention

Also, I don’t think any East Sussex goes from 1-7 does it? All Southeastern East Sussex ops are from Cannon Street and Charing Cross are they not? Unless there are a few peak Hastings line services via the SEML which I’d not noticed.

Typically Southeastern trains, but Southern do occasionally use it

True. Most, but not quite all, trains from 15-18 call at Gatwick and there must be a lot more of them than there are trains from 13-14.

Landing up at East Grinstead would be most disappointing if you're going for a flight (I mean, in fairness, I've always found it fairly disappointing! )

Is that the platform in the Eastern train-shed ?. If so I think Southern trains regularly use it iirc.

I thought both SE and Southern services out of P8 were pretty limited. For example only about 5 SE services used it between 12:00-16:00.

Well Southeastern have a lot to work with, they only run 8tph out of Victoria off-peak
