I believe the museum has said that it wants to keep the engine in "As withdrawn" condition. Although it could be steamed "relatively" easily.

As for the OP’s question, never say never but IMO it almost certainly won’t steam again.

the situation with this one is fairly obvious to anyone with access to even the most rudimentary internet! Look at a picture of the locomotive and do some research about it's home.
