East Coast formations have tended to be a lot more stable than those on GWR.

I had this on 26 June 2010 as 44075-42307-42237-42330-42326-42306-40701-41095-41185
It was reported in this formation in 2016 as well.

22/01/2010 EC59 & EC55

Again, I had EC59 on 26 June 2010 as 44063-42199-42198-42240-42239-42235-40711-41100-41099 and it was still in this formation in 2016

Therefore, with the HST formations, I don't think you would too far off with this report from HSTGen in 2013.

which corresponds with the formations here from 2015 https://web.archive.org/web/20150319202207fw_/http://www.abrail.co.uk/lhcsstockformations.htm so I don't think you would be far off using these.
