if one of you lot had been killed doing that.. the driver would have been living with the fact he had killed you for the rest of his life. even though it was the fault of some morons prancing about ignoring the rules set up to protect you!

Tell that to a passenger whos got no clue about safety, it happens alot. Starcross is a death trap.

You should of seen me at Ashchurch, group of chavs went down the line, went into platform 2, climbed down to the rails, climbed up platform 1 and headed out to the exit with 5 people.

And you think we were bad!

Is it?

I've been there numerous times and never have I seen the public standing on the edge of the platform, shouting, waving, waving flags and acting like general prats?

I don't think a little bit of yellow paint makes it a death trap as the yellow line at other stations is an invisible barrier that stops you from standing over it...

...I think no

everybody knows you dont go right up to a passenger train weighing up to 350tons, flying past with no chance of stopping, and wave flags/shout at them... and most member of the public i see are too busy fighting for seats..

and if the flag had got caught on the train itself? that would be "good bye mr arm" at least

Very true, but the arms are gone by the time the trains arrives.

I think you will find most passengers appear to have more clue about safety than you and your friends did at Starcross. I've been on Starcross and many other stations over the years and haven't seen passengers behaving in that manner. The fact that, rather than admitting the behaviour of your group was stupid, you put the blame on other organisations does not give much indication that you have learnt from previous lessons. If you wish to stop being labelled as 'chavs', you have to stop behaving like them.

Most normal people don't behave like that on stations.

the burberry cap isnt a symbol of 'chavism' even i have one somewere [99p from london] lol

lol - 99p? that's even more chavism because it's fake, chavs can't afford real Burberry as they spend all the money they get on booze and fags so they can be hard/solid etc

Yes the behaviour was unusual for this meet, i dont believe the mistake will be made again since the next meet is a station that has a yellow line and is also a station that has been done once before.

Valeg will continue with meets, and will continue to take on the advice of staff in the train companys as it has done in the past.

yellow lines? check out this vid all are in front of the yellow line

so i think what ever you or you pals say, you dont care, wont take advise or listen.
