What is "eyeballing"?
More likely thinking... Those shoes with that lipstick!Often in that case it's not their eyes I'm looking at
well just to qualify matters, the last time i was travelling (first class back from london), i was sitting opposite a jsp lookalike (having partaken of a substantial number of "complimentary bevies" in company of same, nb: Women seem to have an ability to extract the maximum benefit from these situations) noting that this was a most satisfactory experience.
Janet Street-Porter?jsp wtf?
Travelling down on the Far North Line from Thurso, there was this absolute beauty who boarded at Beauly and sat on the other side of the carriage from me. I spent the ride to Inverness looking at her reflection in the window. Every time I come across the Far North Line I recall the beauty from Beauly and can still see her in my minds eye.

igh:
Reminds me of a girl called Aimée from Marseille. Also truly stunning, Mediterranean French, with long dark hair and almost black eyes (so much so that I've 'borrowed' her description for a character in a book, and some people refused to believe she existed). She was travelling to London with two friends on a day I happened to be flying home for Christmas, so we all arrived at the Gatwick ticket office together, and managed to make up a 'four' for a ticket offer. We travelled up together, I recommended a few places to see in London and so on. Never saw her again, and I've always wondered what became of her.
Yes, i must say, a most charming woman!Janet Street-Porter?
