I'm going to have a go at this!:
==========
London Underground Cannon-Hyde Line (Could be a possible Crossrail 3, but we'll stick with LU) (I'm kinda stealing some ideas here but this is my view)
Running from Limehouse to Willesden Junction Via Cannon Street and Paddington, also known as the core section on the line.
Stations (X means that express services stop at the station): Limehouse (X)(Runs on the same line between here and between TFS) - Shadwell - Tower & Fenchurch Street (X) - Langbourn Cornhill - Cannon Street (Connections to Bank) - Cordwainer Mansion House - St. Pauls & Baynard - City Thameslink (X) - Chancery South - Holborn East - Tottenham South - Soho Central (X) - Carnaby - Burlington - St. James's East - St James's Park - Westminister (X) - Victoria (X) - Belgravia - Knightsbridge - Kensington Hyde Park - Lancaster Gate - Paddington (X) - Royal Oak - Maida Hill - Kensal Town - College Park (Old Oak Common) - Willesden Junction (X)
Most stations have themes to represent the area they serve.
All stations are universally accessible and step-free. (only for the core section)
Improvements and achievements:
- Extra capacity, as always with new lines.
- Redevelopment of Wilsden Junction station and surrounding area. This includes Southern services making extra stops at this station.
More services from Cannon Street (we will get onto the reason in a bit)
Fastest London Underground Line (75 mph maximum on core section)
Improves services on WCML, and C2C, as well as around Tower Hill and Soho.
First full loading gauge tube line, due to the higher tunnels and through services.
Watford DC line might be re-electrified to OHL. The section between Willesden junction would also be classified as a WCML line and the Watford DC line might become a nickname for LO Services. (That means that the line might be renamed to the Watford AC line!)
Rolling Stock:
They would order Hitachi AT100's. You remember those from the 2014 launch day, don't you? (I'm getting flashback's to 2018...) This might be a very unpopular decision, but in my opinion, these trains have not got the attention they deserved. They would be classified as "Class 775" and would run on all services.
Features:
- Maximum speed: 75 mph (London Underground only), 100 mph (Other lines)
- Multi-Mode trains. Operates on 750 V DC third rail / 25 kV 50 Hz AC overhead lines / Lithium-Ion Battery. (For depot moving or Last-Mile operations only)
- Front saloon windows for Passengers to look forward from the main passenger area at each end of the train.
- 50% of the seats are longitudinal and the other 50% is transverse. (12.5% of the transverse seats being Airline and 37.5% being face-to-face seating.)
- 7 cars per set.
- Free Wi-fi
- Seatback tables
- Face-to-face seats have small tables
- USB ports
- Universal Access toilets
- 3 doors per car side.
- LCD Passenger Information Screens.
- HVAC
- Rapid Acceleration. Comparable to a Class 331.
- Priority Seats in each car.
- Designated "Free-space car" with perch seats, space for wheelchairs, large luggage bays and larger windows.
- Large cab
Through Services:
The Cannon-Hyde line would be known for it's many though services, most of them running as express services on the core section. They're run by different companies on each section, those being: London Northwestern Railway (North of Willesden Junction), Great Western Railway (West of Royal Oak), Southeastern (South of Cannon Street) and C2C (East of Limehouse), with London Underground running the core section, they will also have link's to connect these lines where through services transfer to another operator. When through services go to at Watford Junction, they stop at all Watford AC line Stations. This would mean that the Bakerloo Line might terminate at Queen's park or Willesden Junction instead of Harrow and Wealdstone, however, the Watford AC line might still retain its service. Express services also nake fewer stops outside of the core section, but I haven't decided what stations they stop at yet.
The reason why the section between Willesden and Limehouse is called the core section is that it would be so hard to determine which station which served Cannon-Hyde through services would actually be the Cannon-Hyde line itself, due to the many though services, thus stations which are not in the core section, but served by the line's through services are not officially a part of the Cannon-Hyde line, but served by them.
The through services are (Note: "tphfet" stands for "trains per hour for each terminus") :
- Watford Junction/Slough to Faversham via Lewisham and Woolwich Arsenal (All-stops) (1tphfet)
- Milton Keynes Central/Reading to Ashford International via Sevenoaks and Paddock wood (Express) (1tphfet) (Sometimes extends to Dover Priory on Peak times, Weekends and Holidays.)
- Watford Junction/Slough to Hayes (Kent) (1tphfet) (All-stops)
- Milton Keynes Central/Reading to Maidstone East via Swanley (Express) (1tphfet)
- Heathrow Terminal 4/Heathrow Terminal 5 to Faversham/Southend Central via Laidon on C2C (1tphfet)
- Milton Keynes Central/Reading to Southend Central via Laidon (1tphfet)
- Watford Junction/Slough to Grays Via Purfleet (1tphfet)
- Northampton/Dicot Parkway to Victoria (Express) (0.5tphfet) (Irregular service, could have more trains per hour in peak times)
There are 12 non-through service trains per hour so in total that is 30 trains per hour in total on the core section.
It might be a bit too political to get clearance to these through services though!
==========
London Overground Euston Line
The Euston line is a LO direct shuttle that would connect London Euston with Willesden Junction and Wembley Stadium (On matchdays only) with no other intermediate stops.
It would be made for easy access for passengers who want to travel from south of the Cannon-Hyde Line to Euston to access Avanti West Coast services which could not stop at Watford Junction or Milton Keynes Central, as well as providing easy access to Wembley stadium.
It mostly has the same characteristics as the Cannon-Hyde Line but has no through services.

I guess that's it! This took me quite a long time to write!
