Assuming walking at a good pace (4mph), arriving on platform 8,9, 10 ish at Waterloo. Is it Northern to Euston, then walk to STP? Or Jubilee to Stratford then walk to Stratford Intl?

Or Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus, then cross platform onto the Victoria line to KX/St Pancras.

If it's helpful, Stratford to Stratford international (platform to platform) takes about 7 minutes at a brisk walk if you know the way. At Stratford you follow the Westfield signs into the shopping centre, then bear right along the ground floor, and take the exit on the right just past Currys. That takes you straight to the first bridge to the HS1 platforms, but this can sometimes be closed so you may have to turn left and walk to the second bridge and ticket hall, another minute or two. However I guess if I was doing it for the first time I'd probably want to allow longer, on my first occasion I wandered around in the shopping centre for a while trying to find the right exit! Google maps actually shows the shopping centre and the two stations pretty well.

Changing at Oxford Circus is the easiest way. Yesterday I arrived at Kings Cross Platform 8 at 11:02 and was at Wetherspoons at Waterloo Sidings at 11:20.

Note the walk from the Victoria Line to the HS1 platforms at St Pancras is a bit of a hike. Don't follow the signs - head for the Euston Road exit from the Victoria Line - aim to be in the very rear car of the train when heading northbound).

Seconded. I‘ve done platform to platform Waterloo to Kings Cross in 20 minues by that route (Bakerloo to Oxford Circus, change to Vic Line) and it never, ever takes more than 30 unless the tube is in meltdown (which in my experience is a very rare event).

However if your train calls at Vauxhall on the way to Waterloo, then change there for the Vic Line directly. Vauxhall to St Pancras platform to platform is also 20 minutes.
