Really do hope Glasgow get the Geminis back from Aberdeen soon, if more continue to be withdrawn for spare parts.
They’re not withdrawn for spares they’re withdrawn because they’re broken. Not any use to First when they dont work anymore

My guess would be 2,75,240,41,38s

Simply because they rarely if ever have any form of route change apart from the 38s variants , they always have the newest buses and are always mobbed

Does 37220 have the new seating moquette that’s on the Ex-Manchester Geminis now? I can’t tell from this photo of it.

You could add the 61 and 60/60A to that list. The routes have been virtually untouched for years and still carry good numbers.

Certainly looks like it’s had a retrim similar to the ex-Manchester B9TLs.

I wonder if any future bus orders will have the updated First interior or if Glasgow will still see the standard e-leather seating and pink grab poles.

It does, its the new standard seating

The new interior is standard across all new First buses. 34402 is the last with the old one

Is there issues with certain vehicles tracking, especially in Lanarkshire?
Has been since the major web outage in July on Bustimes. 201,241,242,266 do not track. Same with Hamilton locals. Possibly some others too. It’s not the vehicles though, they track fine if they are on the 240 for example.

It’s the same in Dumbarton with the 206 and 208.

That’s why you only see the Streetlites (and the handful of E200s they have that haven’t moved to Lanarkshire) track on the 1 services.

Aberdeen has been off completely for the best part of the year. It would be good if Scotland tracked like down South.

In my part of Glasgow if has been rock solid all year (First Glasgow and independents), so hardly accurate saying ‘Scotland’ is deficient!

So, are some of the former Midland-Bluebird Streetlites (that were originally bought for spares) re-entering service in the Lanarkshire area (along with the move of some of the former Go-Ahead ones from Scotstoun)?

47449 has apparently re-entered service in the new livery.

Sounds like you've answered your own question.

The First Bus fleet manager has said that only 11 Wrightbus Electroliners are going to Glasgow.

I wish we’d get an order of new E400EVs or E12s/U11DDs. Glasgow seems quite stagnant just now even though I understand we’ve had quite heavy investment over the last few years. Some of the B9TLs/E300s are really grubby now - I was on one today on the 2. Bad
