I seem to be a bit confused, as he gets information from the depots themselves (he always is allowed in the depots and gets information from the staff), but we'll have to wait and see what happens :/

The Provincial Society were told by FHD that they were heading to Manchester.

There are 20 Trident 2s expected and they are due from FEC and FHD. Eclipses weren’t predicted for FSW AFAIK.

I get info from several drivers, about 50% turns out to be incorrect or misinterpreted.

Spotted the Lego bus in Newquay today on a 87.

The latest Buses magazine quotes V313LGC & V332LGC as being with First South West. Please has anyone seen either of these buses or has any details of fleet numbers?

Old meets new in Redruth today. One of the few remaining Trident 1 I would think, only saw one other today. Rest I saw were all Trident 2

Full set of pics from today on my Flickr, link in signature,

They're Euro 5 so somewhat less thirsty than Euro 3. However, like you I wonder what they're for. Rail replacement?

They’re not happening, the fleet numbers stated are going to Manchester.

First are covering most of the rail replacement next Monday to Thursday, first Kernow having most of the work with a couple A2B and Williams travel to compliment. Is there adequate vehicles, when they can’t even cover their own services watching Facebook updates?

Or have all the coaches that have been in storage down here been polished up into action?

As you can see, 36800 is back with us, but this time in Taunton, not Camborne.

42897 is currently on its way to Penzance, probably some more coming along with it, don't know as of yet.

Thee was a barbie livered Dennis Trident on the 14:50 T2 service from Truro to St Ives, either 33111 or 33112 was on the 15:05 T1 service from Truro to Penzance and East Lancashire Lolyne 32760 was on the 15:35 T1 service from Truro to Penzance

There was also an Atlantic Coaster open top Trident passing Truro College at 15:10, probably coming from the depot where it has been in store to either Camborne or Penzance depot ready for the Summer season

@83G/84D I know that there will be three eclipses coming from them as well, a mate of mine named sam told me about 33002, I was waiting for someone to say it had arrived before I could confirm.

69537/538/539 are the eclipses coming down, it'll be weird seeing eclipse 2s in Cornwall, since we've never had them before!

It has been reported that they are going down, but only for the rail replacement service.

Just in time for the snow:lol:. A Marshall Dart ending in 90 was on the A17 yesterday and today. along with a Tinner this afternoon and evening. All services via Crowlas, Long Rock and Marazion badly affected late morning/lunchtime today with Long Rock by-pass closed in one direction, happily caused not by accident but HGV recovery.

It’s the only Marshall Dart here and soon to transfer to Somerset, for that reason I had a round trip to Madron yesterday afternoon about 1540. First time I’ve travelled on a Marshall Dart (I did drive one at a charity event in wales though), thought it went very well.

Yes, I went on it recently on the 5. Not bad at all for such a superannuated bus!

I can only recall one trip on a Marshall Dart, when they were operated by Centrewest in London: come to think of it, is this where it originated? Sorry, I don't keep up with these things.

Correct - it most certainly did.

Unfortunately, I've been on a number of these machines in Bristol and South Wales and I wasn't a great fan.

Most info comes from the Company Newsletter's , in the one before the last it stated the Hire Buses to be Tridents yet clearly there Volvo's so if the Management dont know how can any one report any other ?, the last letter states 6 Solos as leaving , none coming in yet T77 TRU has come home so things do change !

There have been photos of early February in Penzance, some white (20803-5) and some blue (20801 & 20802) as they arrived, unless they have gone very recently.

The Scania demonstrator bus is back at Camborne after a stop off at Taunton. It is joined by Streetdeck 35149 from Bristol.
