On the other hand, the Stagecoach SW website has carried full and constantly updated details of the service that it has been possible to provide.Top marks to Kernow (and Somerset) for their facebook reporting over the last day or two. Very comprehensive reporting and updates. Im in no doubt what they are operating.
PCB get some credit as well although theirs is harder to find as they’ve done a seperate facebook post for each route rather than a consolidated post.
Stagecoach southwest on the other hand have little Facebook presence and i have no idea what they’re operating.
Looks likes they’ve given up on social media their twitter now suspended. On the other hand, the Stagecoach SW website has carried full and constantly updated details of the service that it has been possible to provide.
An E400 actually made it onto a U4 service today:I think one was on it yesterday as well. I'd not seen a blue bus on the service for some days prior to that, but that's not to say there hadn't been one.Uni MMC 33479 was on the 10:05 T1 service from Truro to Penzance and E400 33422 was on the 10:35 T1 service from Truro to Penzance. One of 33422's sisters either 33420 or 33421 was being attended to by engineers at Penryn Campus after failing on a U3 service
There was an E400 on the U4 on Saturday.

Maybe they are wanting them to enter service after the financial year end, as has happened before.Anyone know what the situation is regards delivery of new buses? Can’t be far off now.

What would be the reason for doing that?

Accounting and balancing books in a financial year. Very common for businesses to have new assets just after the start of April.
