First seem to have revamped their whole recruitment process recently. Submit application, online assessments (you do in your own home) telephone interview, invite for testing, DM interview, medical, job offer.

Rocky1807 - you can find out a rough idea on the questions you might probably be asked if you do a quick search on this forum. It will no doubt be questions like "tell me a time when........" Just be clear & concise & dont blabber on too much. My GF has her telephone interview this wednesday afteroon.

Good luck

My girlfriend just got an email today saying she has passed the telephone interview, was offered either the 29th or 30th April to go in to do a full day of assessments

I can't make either of the dates. Pure gutted to be honest. Going on holiday on the 24th.
I emailed to see if they had other dates but unfortunatley not.
Just asked for my name to be kept on file etc.

Going to keep everything crossed for the drivers role.
I'm a great believer in everything happening for a reason.

Few bits of advice Rocky......

FTPE office is on the east side of the station platform, its a little door that takes u downstairs - the door is between Accesorize & M&S. When my GF went in for her assessments not one person knew where they were based in the station so every single one of the candidates was 30mins late.

There was also a printer in the corner of the assessment room that was printing off stuff DURING the group bourdon test so be prepared.

They failed her during role play on something that u would only really know if u were already in that industry.

Good luck mate & let me know how it goes...

Sorry to hear that for your girlfriend - the Glasgow TPE guards manager has a 'reputation' so don't let it get to her and stop her from applying elsewhere. :D

Had my assessment day today. Went well I think, the 3 of us all passed the tests and got through to the last part which was the criteria based interview. So should hopefully hear in the next few days.
Good luck to anyone going to tomorrows assessment day.
