The forums will be down for just under 1 hour this Saturday, 3 April from 18.00 to allow for an update to the forum software. The forum update should fix a number of small errors, and there will not be too many changes.
At the end of last year, we told members that we were planning on launching some changes in the first quarter of 2010. This relied on a new version of our forum software being available, and whilst this was released, upon starting to test and design the new forum it was found to be completely unusable due to containing a large number of bugs. In addition to this, there have been huge gaps between updates, and as of the last update, the problems have still not been fixed.
