313041 & 313044 are now in Didcot Yard
I’ve just departed Didcot and see they’re still there.Did they resume?
Cancelled.Did this run and what units
They need to move them quickly - rumours about uses in a new area have started with far less evidence...I’ve just departed Didcot and see they’re still there.

Keen to get some photos if the units are still there on Friday morning. Are they in the stabling point adjacent to Didcot Station, or are they further round the bend (Didcot Yard ?), in which case a Didcot to Oxford stopper would help.
Any info greatly appreciated.
They are further round the bend but visible from the station but they could get blocked out of view it a freight train stables on the adjacent road.
Does anyone know why the move yesterday got cancelled at Didcot?
That path to Booths is in the timetable every M-F night. "Runs SSuX between 22/07/2019 to 13/12/2019" in the realtime trains entry.
Thanks for sharing!!!! If I wasn’t abroad I’d go see myselfView attachment 68230 View attachment 68231
Here are two poor quality pics I took when I went past Didcot yesterday. They were still there around 5pm when I went back too.
This looks like the continuation of the scrap move, unfortunately due to this popping up short notice on RTT there is no way I'll see it in time.

Confused RTT. It looks like it’s applying the current eastbound passes to the planned westbound calls. Happens sometimes, someone might know why. Note the passing times are being filled in up the page...Despite being late it’s running super early now that it didnt do what seemed to be some sort of loop?
Its gone off onto the Southern underpass towards Waterloo! It’s in platform 15 at Reading at 1346, from opentraintimes maps.
...and now back into P15? Must have been about running round the stock, but couldn’t that have been done at Didcot?Coming back into p13 and into Reading depot - must be loco - yup, returned back into p15
The original cancellation said track fault at Didcot, so maybe only run around point . . . . ?...and now back into P15? Must have been about running round the stock, but couldn’t that have been done at Didcot?

Thanks for the explanation, I guess the facilities at Didcot are not as flexible as I thought. The way the track is configured at Didcot means that you can only run round in the station by coming out of the sidings at the east end and then propel back into the station (or propel out of the sidings and then head west without a runround). I doubt that propelling is allowed with this move so the run to Reading to run round is the only feasible option.
