I did get a reply in June when I updated them to say I had passed all stages of the psychometrics (was awaiting MMI when I passed online assessment for this role). They said they currently don't have any requirements for trainee drivers at both the Ilford and Liverpool Street depots. They asked if I was willing to relocate and I said yes, but haven't heard anything since then.

Never met a firm with such poor communication . A monthly update would have been nice . And they struggle to keep drivers too . Give up and apply elsewhere

What email did you use to contact them

I think it's been a year now, and I heard nothing. I stopped my monthly payments for practice test suites because I needed to use the money to pay other monthly bills. It's difficult to stay focused on something I don't even know I will ever get a chance for. I applied for Norwich and passed my SJT.

You don’t need practice tests except a group bourdon book . Everything is sent through to you

I’ve not heard anything since I applied. Fortunately I didn’t wait out for them as I’ve started with a FOC. It’s pretty poor not getting back to people.

Plenty of driver courses planned at GA next year from what we’ve been told.

I am apparently still in the running for one of their qualified vacancies... I did an online assessment in February, was asked to complete the Transfer of Safety form in June, and in August was asked to confirm again my preferred depot. It's sure slow going

Hi. I have passes to national standard and have been invited to attend for an extra test to meet GA enhanced standard. Anyone know what the extra test is please?

Well, if you passed to "national standard", it is likely that you actually passed some tests to a slightly higher level, and one just needs to be a tiny bit better.

Imagine you have to get 92% in all the tests, but enhanced is 95%, they will ask you to go to the assessment centre and just repeat that one. In your mind you may be able to remember which of the many psychometrics you did where you think you just had a moment.

I haven't been back here for a while, thanks for your support, I appreciate it.

That's true, I hope they will give a reasonable amount of time from being sent them to when the assessment day is.

I had DMI back middle of last year. And heard back September time. Got a decline. From what I can gather there isn't many positions going.
