Dinsdale?
That was one of the three features that made me suggest Northern, being used at a number of their stations. The other two were the shelter design and the band on the lamp post.

I was born and raised in Northallerton, so that fence design is very familiar!
Though I'm going to say somewhere on the Leeds - Harrogate - York line, so let's go with Hammerton?
