It is possible but not guaranteed. There's usually a button saying something like "I'm not available for any of these dates". It won't withdraw your application but you could end up waiting for more dates to open up. There might well be more in the new year so don't give up.Does anyone know if you can't make the dates they have given that you get other dates when they become available?
I'm abroad for two weeks and all the dates are within them weeks.
Don't want to miss the opportunity to take the tests.

Unfortunately yes. There will probably be further dates but, like I said, nothing is certain..Thank you for this.
So it's basically a gamble and hope they will offer further dates when they come up.
Iv emailed recruitment but nothing back so didn't want to click the button until I was sure. Il just keep my fingers crossed
Cheers
I'm not 100% sure but work from when you got the rejection email.is the 6 month rule from when i received my rejection email or from when i had the video interview?
I did mine in July and only heard back end of last month for assessments. It will take time as there are a lot of applicants and video interviews to work through. Two weeks is like 5 minutes in railway recruitment so just sit tight and they'll be in contact. Patience is the name of this game.Anyone still waiting for a response to their video interview? I did mine over two weeks ago.

Thanks for your response. The waiting is tough. Good luck with your assessment. Out of interest, where are they held?I did mine in July and only heard back end of last month for assessments. Yes, I’ve been invited to attend the assessments in Dec. I’ve already passed them though, so waiting for the MMI now.Has anyone in for Bristol heard anything since submitting the video interview? Seems very quiet my end so far...

I'm in the same boat except I applied for Oxford. Just over a month but no rejection yet. Fingers crossed.Good luck with the MMI!
I had to delay sending my interview back due to being on holiday for 3 weeks. I wonder if that has anything to do with it... I'll keep my fingers crossed. I haven't been rejected yet and it's been 6 weeks or so, hopefully that means it was somewhat ok haha
In the same boat, I emailed them and they said they’re still working through interviewsI'm in the same boat except I applied for Oxford. Just over a month but no rejection yet. Fingers crossed.
Was it just the generic 'talk about a time when you...' 'provide an example of...' type of questions from what you remember?I've done one with WMT, it was just 2-3 questions that you had a minute to answer. Think it's nothing in depth just another way to analyse candidates.
I don't know if GWR is the same though
It was "Tell me about the role of a driver", and "What does safety critical consist of"Was it just the generic 'talk about a time when you...' 'provide an example of...' type of questions from what you remember?

Have either of you heard anything yet?In the same boat, I emailed them and they said they’re still working through interviews
thank youIt was "Tell me about the role of a driver", and "What does safety critical consist of"
As I said I had about 1-1.5 minutes to answer so they're not asking for details but key words.
Have you gone for your MMI?Yes, I’ve been invited to attend the assessments in Dec. I’ve already passed them though, so waiting for the MMI now.
I’ve passed the MMI (and all other tests) through another TOC. I’m just waiting for a DMI with GWR now.Have you gone for your MMI?
I am awaiting to go to the assessment day (I haven’t already done these before) so I’m curious to see if those who have already passed the tests have had their interview and also if they’ve heard back from their interview.
In my understanding, they are valid for 5 years from the day you received email stating that you have passed the assessment. Seems like you have another year and a bit to complete the process before they ask you to redo the tests.I passed all my test march 2021.. recently passed video interview for Paddington.. anyone knows how long test are valid for ?
