Wow - i'm planning on visiting the area soon. Is it easy to get to Fairwood, on a bike say?

As usual top shots. My favourite shots are of the 57 and all the class 59 hauled stone trains.

some nice shots there apparentley the was a class 142 there today as well on a bristol- portsmouth service
it worked the 0530 taunton -bristol service standing in for a failed 150
then the 0630 cardiff - portsmouth servic from bristol to westbury, did not take fgw long to get them out of devon. (from trc)

Yes - that is exactly how I got there. There is a cheeky footpath which saves a lot of time because otherwise you have to go out of Westbury to get there by road!
