Are southeastern going to refurb the 377/5s they recently got as it makes sense as I rekon that the Class 375 refurb has (I think) finished and the two classes are similar?

I'd say unlikely ATM as AFAIK the 377/5s are Subleased from GTR to SE. Just like when the 377/5s were subleased from GTR (SN) to FCC/TLK - the insides weren't really touched. Just external branding.

Not whilst they're being sub-leased. They've had some lightweight internal branding done, e.g. maps, blue stickers on saloon doors, PIS, etc, but unless the master lease was to be transferred to Southeastern, I doubt the interiors would see any further changes.

You never know. See what the future holds.

So it isn’t ‘on the cards’ at all then. You think it should be. Shouldn’t the thread title reflect that this isn’t actually happening?

To be honest I think the 376s are due a refurbishment soon, hopefully after the 375s are done.
