If not, what is the furtherest station you can go in east WM with concessionary pass?

West Midlands Concessionary Passes valid within Network West Midlands Zones 1-5, so Coventry is included by rail, but Warwick can be reached by bus only because your pass is valid for free travel on buses in the UK excluding Scotland+Wales.

So I buy ticket to London from Coventry, not Birmingham new street? Will it be cheaper?

Well depends on which route and TOC the OP wishes to take. And also what time of day.

Advance ticket. TOC would be virgin. Also, is there any cost benefits if I were to use Dorrige to Marylebone with Chiltern, instead of BMO/BSW.

I usually travel off peak times, and I plan to travel to London just after Christmas,

Then I suggest you raise a new post query to one of the clever fares chappies who live here, with the specific journey details, and they will by return as it were, give you the best options. :)
