For FGW it is similar, except unlike at Birmingham New Street, some companies can actually spell dIspatch

Yes, Dispatch at New Street used to be Central Trains but it's changed with the franchise change to be Network Rail. I suppose it's less companies now given customer care is CrossCountry and the ticket office is West Coast (it's always been that way but the staff were all in Virgin uniforms so looked the same!)
