Hi. Am slightly baffled by the LNER website which I use for most of my tickets. Recently I've started booking e-tickets for local journeys in the London area (I have a Freedom Pass), largely because my local station machine is often out of order making it impossible to collect paper tickets. Normally I print the ticket at home just in case my phone goes wrong. I've just tried to book a journey on the Chiltern line for today (anytime return) and the LNER site won't let me choose e-ticket as an option, only collect at station. Has there been a recent change?
