LNER HST diagrams until December timetable change

Hi
Does anyone know what the planned HST diagrams are for LNER between now and Dec 14th 2019?

I'm guessing the Aberdeen services are all now no longer HSTs, but what other services are still using them?

The 125 Group's page is sadly out of date (only going up to May)

During the run down of GWR HSTs there was an incredibly helpful page on here with regular updates. An LNER equivalent would be very nice!
