If u search the individual timetables on the city services for next week some services appear withdrawn like the 10 and other are severely curtailed. I'm sure the 29 was every hour but don't quote me on that.

If that is the case then it does seem Lothian are taking a far more extreme approach compared to pretty much every other operator.

It would bring them into line with Stagecoach Scotland.

No it wouldn't. Stagecoach are basically running a Sunday service with extra morning runs and routes that dont operate on Sundays still operate to roughly a Saturday timetable. These Lothian timetables are poorer than a sunday level service.

I think Stagecoach will be making further changes, no way it can keep going with the current levels.

Im surprised 300 and 35 are both gone, however Lothian at least keeps early morning runs to the Hospital etcs

When you include the subsidiaries there’s only gonna be something like 130-140 buses on the road across the whole company, good to see all routes to RIE have been retained and the majority to the WGH are still there too. Overall I actually expected a lower level of service, I just hope this timetable is as low as is required

They seem to be running the same service seven days a week.
Yes, there's no reason for demand to vary a lot between days of the week. Nobody should be travelling unless absolutely essential so the need for each service won't change much. Some people's journeys will be dictated by opening hours for food shops or pharmacies but that's about it. Factories should be working shifts to maximise social distancing.

There's no demand, if there was there would be more services. Stagecoach won't be far behind now..

Just to point out that only effects Stagecoach North Scotland. East Scotland and West Scotland have yet to make any cuts, touch wood.

44 east section covered by 106/113 (113 will go via Macbeth Moir I believe)
And the 106! Didn’t notice that the 106/113 will run in co-ordination till closer look at the timetables!

Also noticed the 1am run from Pencaitland to musselburgh, is that a first for Lothian to have a daytime service run at 1am?

I'm a little suprised about the 35, 200 and 300 being suspended. I thought maybe hourly for those. But 44 not going to Wallyford and short running to Leith Street is a tad suprising.

Surprised mostly at the 200, though with the 400 not going to the airport and and cutting at the gyle i can imagine they are only running the 100 out there. The 300 i can sort of get as they are many sections of the route covered by other services, and the 21 does its job linking Drum Brae to leith I guess.

Would Maybury of made a good terminus for the 200?

Given there are no Nightbuses, the earliest buses appear to plug the gap with the following being the earliest buses.
25 from Elm Row at 03:49/04:05 from Restalrig/04:15 from Sighthill
22 from OT at 03:57
3 from Mayfield at 03:59
16 from Silverknowes at 04:02
31 from Elm Row at 04:02
33 from Princes Street at 04:03
7 from ERI at 04:05
106 from Musselburgh at 04:06
26 from Seton Sands at 04:09
30 from Clovenstone at 04:11
37 from Silverknowest 04:12
29 from North Bridge at 04:15
44 from Leith Street at 04:16
113 from Musselburgh at 04:17

Most city buses appear to get back to the depot for 1 am except the:
00:30 7 from ERI and the 01:00 113 from Pencaitland.

0415 25 from sighthill and 106/113 starting from musselburgh doesnt suggest Central is the only depot staying open
