They may have won a Council contract.I noticed today a registration for service 109 in East Lothian. Well out of their operation area. A lot of lost milage or a new outstation.

Could be an error? Looking in that notice it says it covers Falkirk District Council and it also has a previous registration within the Falkirk area against that number (F2). I wonder if it is actually a Prentice registration as it fits their numbering and normal operational area. There is also a 109 showing up here:I noticed today a registration for service 109 in East Lothian. Well out of their operation area. A lot of lost milage or a new outstation.
The change for the McGills registration also says "Revised timetable to better align with 312 public holiday operation". Most certainly an error.Could be an error? PM0000003/707 is for the F2 service in Falkirk, so looks like a few gremlins within the Traffic Area Office system, now that it’s being done from Leeds!!I noticed today a registration for service 109 in East Lothian. Well out of their operation area. A lot of lost milage or a new outstation.
Primarily because a recent update from the app provider means that cancelled journeys now show up when you’re searching for live times at your bus stop, but the fact that there are a lot fewer now is also relevant.I see they are now just doing what First Scotland do and only show cancellations on the app. The reason given was because they are vastly reduced.
The likely reason being that schools are on holiday resulting in less buses and duties.Primarily because a recent update from the app provider means that cancelled journeys now show up when you’re searching for live times at your bus stop, but the fact that there are a lot fewer now is also relevant.
Being done from Leeds? Didnt know that. Why would that happen. Is it not a devolved thing? They have not made that public nowledge!!!!!!PM0000003/707 is for the F2 service in Falkirk, so looks like a few gremlins within the Traffic Area Office system, now that it’s being done from Leeds!!
They closed all the local area offices quite a number of years ago and centralised everything at Leeds. Edinburgh was the only local office they kept open, but a long serving employee recently left and they seem to have decided to move the Scottish area office to Leeds too.Being done from Leeds?
