Anyone any ideas as to the most "complete" but not-officially preserved disused station?

By disused, I mean officially closed, not like Barlaston and its ilk.

And by complete I mean platforms extant and maybe a building or two...

And not ones converted to other uses like Manchester Central.

Any ideas? :D

Considering how long it's been disused (and the land/property values in the area) how about Highgate High Level?

It's missing its track, but Ashley Heath station (closed 1964) still has its platform and station sign* intact.

*which admittedly has been repainted at some point since, don't know if that falls foul of the 'unpreserved' criterion.

I seem to recall Reepham station in Norfolk survives in relatively decent nick - the platform is lightly grassed over and has some boards with local information; the building is now some sort of community project I think, and the trackbed is fully level and clear.

Masbrough station, just outside of sheffield. All platforms intact AFAIK and still has main station buildings standing.

EDIT: well technically rotherham but basically it's just one place really...

New Holland Pier where the buildings and signal box remain despite the erection of conveyors etc associated with its' new use for bulk cargo.

(both houses now but buildings and platform still intact)

Aysgarth (bits are sort of preserved but the main buildings are a house and holiday cottage and the platforms are still intact as is the goods shed)

Newburgh on the Ladybank to Perth line, though there is a local campaign to reopen.

the first station at Buckhurst Hill (now Central Line tube) closed in 1892
Still has station building, platform and the still operational track runs alongside it.
