I’m assuming they send the SJT out to everyone who applied? Just as a means of whittling down the numbers without manual intervention...

I would think so although you'd think it would be simpler to do it as part of the initial application form as other TOCs have done

Will do mine tonight as no internet atm and I don't want to use my phone!

Test done, quite tough some of those choices. Best of luck everyone.

Theres 3 parts, a SJT, agree/disagree and questions about the role/you.

It looks like the people who applied over the weekend were sent the SJT this morning. You’ll probably get it tomorrow if you applied today.

Thanks - although I have a horrendous record with those things! You have got to be yourself, but we’d all be lying if we didn’t answer them with one eye on what we think they want, while trying to avoid the non commmited options as much as possible!

Anyone know if the OPC keep VSE/SJT results on record? It says the next step will be those two which I've passed before.

As far as I’m aware, the OPC are the record.
They are the record for the industry standard psychometric tests sure but these tests are additional, not done in a test centre and not required by every TOC so I'm unsure if they'll ask me to do it again. Jumping the gun anyway cos I've only just completed the first SJT they sent and of course its possible I've not passed

Oh okay yeah some TOCs have individual tests but I’m pretty sure the VSE is part of the psychometric tests that are kept on record. I think one of the SJTs too so depends which one you mean.

Best of luck anyhow.
