Hi,

I seem to recall that it was once possible to purchase multi-person season tickets. Is this correct and are they still available. I'm thinking Manchester to London.

For the TOCs that offered it, "Bearer Passes" (aka Impersonal Season Tickets) were priced at 1.5x the normal season ticket rate for the flow in question. Not sure if they're still available, however, nor how to issue one without it being flagged up as a "fares mismatch".

I have never heard of these, so I don’t think they exist (any more).

Bearer passes are not issued to personal customers any more AFAIK, not under normal circumstances.

In any case it cannot be purchased at a ticket office. You will need to contact the passenger finance/revenue function/pricing manager at the relevant TOC.
