1.Closed/disused railway station and line
Canary Wharf Crossrail. Both closed and disused!

Mine is :
1) Wiveliscombe on the Taunton to Barnstaple line
2) Taunton Station on the Bristol to Exeter line
3) Bishops Lydeard on the WSR (west somerset Railway)
Ah, went through them all when they were still on the network.

Fantastic, what was was hauling you sir.
Well, to take Bishops Lydeard, it was 41xx, 45xx, 61xx (in last couple of years of steam, great locos, they were sent down from London), and, if the foreman at Taunton shed really didn't like the driver, an 82xxx Standard. And then it was a range of dmus.

Wivey was a 43xx and three Hawksworth corridor coaches in steam days, then in the couple of years before closure two-car (always) dmus, a three-car with the trailer removed. For some strange reason the Minehead line was always worked with Bristol-based sets, while Barnstaple was worked with Plymouth-based sets, despite both being operated from Taunton.

Another planet...
1. Batley Carr on the Great Northern Wakefield - Dewsbury Central - Bradford line.
2. Batley on the North Trans-pennine line.
3. Depending on what qualifies, either:
i) Park Halt station on the Middleton Railway.
ii) Clayton West on the Kirklees Light Railway.
iii) Oxenhope on the K&WVR.
Or, in my current location:
1) Kirkburton (terminus of Midland Railway branch from Deighton)
2) Denby Dale on the Penistone line.
3) Skelmanthorpe on the Kirklees Light Railway.

One could argue for Skelmanthorpe to also be the entry for no.1, as although there's a station there it is very different from the BR one that was there until 1983, most notably in track gauge!

Dinsdale
Closed - Fighting Cocks on the original S&D alignment
Open - Dinsdale (how much more exotic if we lived about 40 chains further east, then it would be Teesside Airport which is as nearly closed as an open station can be!)
Heritage - I was going to say Grosmont but its probably somewhere on the Wensleydale
