Has the Manchester Piccadilly -> Chester line (via Altrincham/Knutsford/Northwich) re-opened yet?

Noted. Thanks. Was somewhat confused by RTT, which seemed to be both showing timings and at the same time, displaying a message stating... "This service was cancelled due to flooding". Example as per link below.
