Morning, I saw 6E46 Kingsbury to Lindsey Colas tanks pass through Nottingham early today at 06:58 ahead of schedule but missed the loco, looked like a class 70?

Well, anyone on board will be a senior member of the Royal family so is a top assassination target. The overnight stop is easily the most vulnerable part of the journey.
There is a reason the train's movements are suppressed and notices are, or should be, distributed on a 'need to know basis'.

I guess if such a threat were likely then they will probably have better sources for their location than here!

There was a Colas growler was on the end of a test train at Cardiff Canton TMD (NNP end) when I passed on the mainline at about 15:30 this afternoon. Presumably one of these: 37025, 37057, 37099, 37116, 37175, 37219, 37254, 37421 ? What headcode was used to get it there, and was there another on the other end? Might it/they still be there tomorrow?

37254 and it got to Cardiff on the 25th on 3Z22 Bristol- Cardiff. 37254 should be working 3Z33 Cardiff central-Bristol kingsland road very early tomorrow morning (00:18)
