I was travelling on the 1724 from Maidenhead to London Paddington on Monday 30th August. I think I left behind a prized rare possession, and by chance, a similar item appeared on a popular internet reselling website 24 hours later.

Is there any chance I can find out the train movements for the rest of the evening and following morning? My limited skills see it go from Paddington to Reading and then disappear.

Was the 1345 Soton MCT - Lawley St Freightliner diverted to run via Winchester, rather than Romsey and the Laverstock Loop? I saw a Freightliner passing Winchester behind 66416 and I think it was that. Can anyone confirm please?

That train would have run empty to Reading depot after 1R04 1826 PAD-RDG

Morning, can anyone help with location of 66616? It was 'sighted' on another website on the 6V38 17.11 Hothfield Siding to Stoke Gifford (i.e. Bristol Parkway) arriving at 23.06 last night. I went to Parkway early this morning, it wasn't there and assume it left last night on the 23.55 695K Bristol Parkway to East Usk Yard...
Most grateful for help as one of last sheds.

More than likely went to Whatley I would guess on 6B20 0005 from Stoke Gifford. Edit which didn’t run so ignore me! Maybe gone on the Machen quarry run which left at 0734

Aha. I noted the Machen wagons with 66542 on it. Have looked at East Usk Yard moves (all inbound today) and it may be there, but now the Machen wagons are out of the way at Parkway there is a clear view of the sidings so hope to pop back later.
If I may be cheeky, is there any allocation yet on the 0O12 10.53 Margam to Eastleigh ?? Might catch it after doing my lovely old ladies newspapers and grocery drops.

Yes, I passed 59001 at Hitchin some time after 10am on Wednesday and the 2nd Cl59 I recorded was just north of Shephard's Bush near North pole Jcn around 13.20 pm. I was on passing Overground train going in opposite direction
