No such workings are allocated today, the Class 387/2 fleet is only working within its own fleet.
As to Facebook, I wouldn't believe it.

Cheers LA50041 that was quick.
By pure chance, I got a negative scanner this week and the first batch of negatives I have looked at were from a trip I made back in autumn 1986. The first photo was of 50041. I will post it on Flickr. Perhaps you will be able to tell me where it is from.
