142045 with a 150/1 (may have been 150118) on 10:50 Wigan NW to Alderley Hedge.
142038 and 142060 on 18:37 Manchester Vic to Wigan Wallgate and the 19:41 return.
142061 with another unidentified 142 on 18:39 Rochdale to Southport.

150109 + 142004 12.31 Stalybridge to Wigan North Western. 142058 Morecambe branch. 142043+1533?? Blackburn to Rochdale services. 142061 Liverpool to Manchester Oxford road services.

142s seen out working in Manchester today. 142004/11/30/38/39/43/44/45/48/51/53/55/60/61 mostly Victoria side with another four unidentified at Piccadilly working Rose Hill Marple services.

Last night at Sheffield Midland from 2000 - 2300hrs
noted working - 142012/013/014/27//052/065/079/084/090/92 services to and from Hull/Adwick/Leeds/

The 1949 ex Piccadilly all stations stopper to sheffield - returns at 2114 and the 2119 Ex Piccadilly all stations stopper to sheffield returns at 2352 both seem diagrammed for 142x2 .This isn't the first night I've seen this formation.
142007/040 ex 1949 Piccadilly and 142037/055 ex 2119 Piccadilly worked last night .
Last night was most Pacers i'd seen at Sheffield for a long time hardly a 150 in sight so maybe the cascade from Northern North West has begun.

Just seen a pair going through Huyton.
142049 was the back one.
I think 053 was the front one.
Only saw it quick.

1415 Knottingley to Leeds was 144 014 and the 1515 two 142s but I didn't see the numbers. Back to the usual after 153s in the past few weeks.

few DMUs working through Huyton
lately maybe vice 319s perhaps.
Nice to see those Pacers though.

I know it's really late now for this post but 142064 was on 2A42, the 16:54 Carlisle - Morpeth on Tuesday (27th Aug). It was running as a double set with 156451 although the 156 was uncoupled at Newcastle. Quite unusual now to have a bench seat Pacer on the Tyne Valley Line (in my experience).

142040 and 144010 working the Doncaster - leeds service this morning, departed WKF at 0830, 13 minutes late. Usually a cl331!

Around the NE today were 142012/21 and 22. Four units coupled together came through Newcastle platform 2. One was 095 but not sure of the other 3.
