You have applied for the role of Train Driver so surely you have researched what the job entails and also the qualities an individual must possess in order to be effective within that role, if you know this then you know what Northern are looking for.
Best way IMO to make your application stand out, is when answering the questions, try and prove multiple competencies within the answer you give. From memory I think there are only 4 questions on the app form but yet there are far more than 4 key qualities needed to stand out. Take time to really structure your answers and sell yourself appropriately.

The people being interviewed on Friday have received their practice material early because the rules state that a candidate needs to be in possession of the practice material for atleast 7 days prior to sitting an assessment. The Stage 1's are booked for the 7th of Feb, so waiting till next week isnt going to work. Thats all.
