Am I alone in finding Morrisey's lyrics hilarious?
Stirring stuff.Jerusalem - with nice pictures
Funny story - I'd never heard of this before the Monty Python sketch.
A genre I listened to in my youth but not something I would normally revisit these days. But my god this was amazing.
That’s really good.A genre I listened to in my youth but not something I would normally revisit these days. But my god this was amazing.
An absolute classic Dale.Listening to that I thought "I know that riff" which led me to The Prodigy who sampled this by Max Romeo which I'd never heard before, I think what I recognised was the underlying reggae rhythm. Anyway thanks, I always like a bit of reggae. By the way Max Romeo was infamous in my youth for having a record banned by the BBC.
Dub Pistols - Mucky Weekend
(Don’t listen if you’re the sensitive sort)
Alan Davey - Al Chemical's Lysergic Orchestra
Does anyone else like Tim Minchin?
I think he’s a genius. This is quite long but if you haven’t seen him before then give it a go.
Thank you God:
(fast forward to 5:20 for the music)
I don’t think I’ve heard that one before (although I may have heard it whilst tipsy and forgotten).Thank you Cowley - I've been praying for a Tim Minchin song and here's another one, It must be a miracle. On the other hand if I didn't have Tim Minchin I'd probably listen to somebody else.
