Please excuse my ignorance, which ATF supplies the line via Manchester Piccadilly towards the Chat Moss Line and and towards Euxton Junction?
I believe Newton-le-Willows (east of the station, west of the existing feeder for the WCML where it goes under the Chat Moss Line) is the main supply point on Chat Moss, and that grid feeder at Heyrod (east of Stalybridge) is the main supply point for the Manc - Preston line. (Said feeder is in cable troughs as far as Manchester Victoria, and for much of the area in urban Manchester - @Elecman will probably be able to confirm better than I can, as I don't sign the LNW!)

There's a new one at Willow Park for the L&M, to the North and West of the former Parkside FS. There's a new ATFS for the WCML from Frodsham Substation at Rivington Road, near Weaver Jn. It was supposed to be at Weaverham but the locals didn't like it and NR wisely gave in. Manchester must work off the extension lead from the Substation at the old Heyrod Power station site near Stalybridge.

What is the equipment at Ordsall Lane Junction and at Lostock?

I believe Ordsall Lane is the other end of the extension lead (i.e an ATFS). There will be other sites for AT's and Sectioning.

OLE design is in something of a flux as it moves from BT to AT or Classic and now using solid state three phase FS with 132kV back in favour.

Forgive the acronymns.

Just had a quick look on Google Maps; is it the case that the power runs (at 25kV) lineside troughs from Frodsham Sub to the old TSC at Weaver Jn (just north of the flyover)?

Via the Rivington Road compound. Not sure what changes are at Weaver Jn but there's a nice dry building!

Willow Park is actually fed from the original Parkside DNO feeder

No the old TSC at Weaver Junction no longer has any operational 25 Kv switchgear bar the 1 switch for the Auxilliary transformer for the signalling supply
