I passed my psychometric tests on Wednesday and have had an email today saying I'm on hold and the company will contact me in the next two weeks. Advice people what's happening ??!

Hi SLV took a day even though they told us it would take at least a week whole process been so quick so far can't fault them exceeded reporting deadlines at every stage so far. Good luck for Tuesday.

A days great - I did them with First and the OPC guys told us there and then, infact sent people home as they failed them!

I'm hoping I don't have to sit them having done them already with First, HR are looking into it just now.

Ahh right, you've had a long wait then! Well done! I currently sell caravans and luxury lodges so the sales pressure sucks a bit, would really love to learn something new with northern. I guess patience is a virtue!
