I noticed that new green palisade fencing is replacing existing fencing just beyond the north tunnel after Hadley Wood station. Thought this was just undulating arable farmland so curious as to the reason. Anyone know?

Hadley Wood as a village goes up onto the north tunnel, so I guess it's because of proximity to the built up area?

I believe the WCML has palisade fencing south of Rugby so it wouldn't surprise me if a similar thing was done on the ECML.

We have it on the Marston Vale line - it is becoming standard
