I found it in racks outside the former Arriva travel shop (now just a welfare/admin facility) within Whitby station.

For Wessex and Kernow, it makes more sense given that tourists are a major part of the market. Buses of Somerset less so but I think it was very much driven by Marc Morgan Huws and Alex Carter; given the pared-down nature of operations in Somerset (including transferring some services to West of England), I'm not certain it would stretch to a booklet now!!
The 6 appears in the Somerset book despite being run by Wessex so the few services transferring to WoE may also continue to feature.

Portsmouth and Southampton are administratively separate unitary authorities, outside of Hampshire County Council's remit.

Both, however, do produce excellent maps, at least online.

Stagecoach have produced some recent paper leaflets for Portsmouth-area services (the 21, Coastliner) but I don't know where they are publicly available.

Which reminds me...I haven’t yet ordered my new HCC maps - thanks for the prompt!
Picked up Hampshire County Council New Forest booklet at Bournemouth Coach Station.

Various other Scottish timetables have not been mentioned here - for example the remaining Council productions (Orkney book, Shetland (ZetTrans) broadsheets, Stirling and Clackmannanshire (rudimetary leaflets), West Lothian/Handicabs 2A/2B); also Shiel Buses booklets, West Coast Motors 15/17 booklet, the various sightseeing service productions, and some individual service leaflets, such as Auchterarder/Docherty's 49, Houstons 101/102, Mackies MA1/2/3. Some are of course to a higher quality than others, but these have all been available of late. The first Midland Bluebird books are appearing now (Cityswift, Stirling).

Worth noting also that a number of the Stagecoach East Scotland Fife books/boolets/leaflets for the August changes are differently titled to the previous editions.

Did Mackies actually print something? with the Stirling and Clackmannanshire (rudimentary leaflets) I've not seen C1, Park n ride or C60 since early January, West Lothian/Handicabs 2A/2B is just the same one as before covid.

I will put my hands up and say I forgot about some of the smaller companies, which are putting some of the larger operators to shame like FIRST, Midland bluebird in Falkirk and Stagecoach Bluebird.

West Lothian/Handicabs produced a new leaflet for the 3 April 2023 changes. Mackies was basically a single sheet that was available on the buses when they restarted. Stirling/Clack, I don't think have done anything more since the date you mentioned, but I assume they will continue on the same basis as before. But you are of course quite right - compare, say, the quality of Prentice's regular supply of excellent leaflets, available in good time and on the vehicles, with the (non) efforts of some of the big players.

I take it the West Lothian/Handicabs leaflet is only in the Strathbrock Partnership Centre?

Where are Stagecoach Scotland East timetables stocked? There were none at Dundee Bus Station, only local Dunfirmline/ automonous bus at Ferrytoll and none in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Dundee now has leaflet rack, however your still better off trying to nab them off the buses. Nearly all bus stations in Fife have them. The temp racks tended to appear weekdays only. Perth is odd one out.

It will be interesting to see if West Lothian council will print some new leaflet in October, The 2A/B is the only one to be printed since 2016 service changes.

Alas, yes, the heady days of comprehensive West Lothian books are long gone, as are so many other area books from different parts of Scotland, all of which I have buried here somewhere, but overtaken in the pile by so many thousands of items produced elsewhere since. I would like to hope West Lothian will do something for October, but I'm not holding my breath .....

I take it back - they do a leaflet for the X93/4. It’s not great but it’s something
I have last years X93/X94 timetable which has more timing points included such as Flask Inn and Cloughton unlike this years (although the times are the same as last years) but I cannot complain as at least its something.

There is one question, do Arriva produce a leaflet for the X4 Whitby to Middlesborough via Staithes?

The problem is that the leaflet has a large amount of detail regarding the X4 and the X93/4 in respect of potential leisure options.... but then doesn't actually include any times for the X4. It's not very good. Better than the online timetable that shows the X93 as three separate services (in this order) as Guisborough to Middlesbrough, Whitby to Guisborough, and Scarborough to Whitby.

I had the chance to compare the Arriva offering with the First Exmoor Coaster leaflet, and it's like chalk and cheese. First's is a quality job whilst Arriva's is rather amateurish. I don't know if they do anything for the Northumberland Coast services. I suspect not, which is another missed opportunity. The one positive on Arriva was that at least someone had the presence of mind to place them out front of the old travel office in Whitby.

Oh, and it's Middlesbrough despite the football team being called Boro ;)

Midland Bluebird now has most of its timetables printed, except for X10, X38 and 38. Maybe there's a clue as to the next routes might see some upgrades?

Has anyone seen Stagecoach Bluebird timetables for the Aberdeen area?
Has anyone spotted any Stagecoach West Scotland?

Apart from the Midland Bluebird material I have not seen any of the others yet, but I can report a further new item from Scotland. Sustainable Cupar, an environmental charity, has produced a brief map and service guide for Cupar. An A4 sheet folded to provide four sides of A5, printed in colour, with a cover page, a local area bus map printed across two sides and an operator and service listing with a frequency table on the other page. The plan is to develop this further - maybe they will ultimately follow the lead of towns like Ludlow and Ledbury which have full scale community produced timetable books to a high quality.

Salisbury Reds have printed timetables for all routes. They're available from the tourist information centre in the city centre, along with copies of the latest Hampshire County Council New Forest and Andover books, and Hampshire county-wide map.

Is that a Wiltshire Map or Hampshire map? I think the Salisbury Reds ticket office closed.

I obtained a X10 timetable at Stirling bus station earlier in the year.

Hampshire map. The latest is dated June 2023.
Yes, the Salisbury Reds ticket office is closed, but there's a rack of timetables at the Salisbury Information Centre in Fish Row.

Central Bedfordshire have started a new series of publications, the first of which is Leighton Buzzard and Linslade local services, 16 page colour A5 booklet with local service timetables and maps, dated 3 September 2023 to include the changes of that week, and to be followed by other areas.
