Hi, just want to say a big thank you to the train manager (if that is his title) on the 06:40 Cross Country Bristol Parkway to Edinburgh train this morning. It was diverted just after Cheltenham due to a line closure at Bromsgrove.
He told us before the diversion and kept us informed as to when we were due into Birmingham New Street. He as well was seen to walk down the train and deal politely with all the passenger request for connection details.
