what is it you are looking to do? Other than being PTS qualified...

Join agencies who specialise in railways work

I need my PTS before you can work on the railways but you have to have a job first or find a sponsor so its a catch 22 situation so im looking for a sponsor company thanks

Not at all, have you approached agencies saying you'll pay for the PTS yourself if they sponsor you?

Whatever gets you in the best position. Bear in mind the sheer volumes of people trying to get work in the industry, and a lot of those will have PTS cards.
They're not going to want to spend and invest in training when they're not going to see a return on the investment.
