Railworks slow

When I play it is extremely slow to load any scenarios and quite stuttery when playing, specs are:
Core i7 at 2.2ghz
8 DDR3 RAM
1gb nvidia 540gt graphics
Any ideas?

What levels are your settings on?

When I first got the Train Simulator 2012 upgrade my laptop struggled to play the game with even the very lowest of settings. But when I dropped the size of my window down I found that I could put all the settings back up to medium. When you start Railworks, go into the control panel and change the resolution before you start the game. It works.
